Made an appointment for 11am with my wife and 3 week old baby. Sitting in a waiting room for an hour when we asked the receptionist in the front desk of the clinic they called the office and we were told they forgot about our appointment . They gave me this time and day. How in the world do you forget!! People have jobs and business to run as well. Waste of my time
