My son went in with a almost healed mild fracture, when we were seen by this white woman doctor, she call my son a "hooligan" in a "playful" condescending way when his ADHD was unmasked in the room. She shouldn't have felt that comfortable to call a 9 year old biracial child a hooligan; thug, gang member , violent . Look up the definition of a word before you call a child that. An incredible experience. My 2 yr old had a hard cast to be removed from her arm. Matt was an absolute rockstar. He worked for 35 minutes to slowly peel and cut the cast away so we didn’t have to use the saw. He was so patient and kind to her and even gave himself blisters and tore up his knuckles to make the experience easier for my daughter. An absolutely awesome experience. It means so much that they cared for her so well.
I've seen a number of doctors at this location. They all were professional abd helped with my issues. Office staff was friendly. Lots of parking available
Did not have a good experience at the Columbia location. Went to have my son get a water proof cast. Connie based on her name badge was the lead technician. She did my sons cast absolutely wrong & his arm was placed in such an awkward position. Before leaving she said to me if he’s uncomfortable or anything goes wrong I can come back & have it redone at no cost. (Who says that. Unless you know if youve made an error). Dr. Leong is awesome! She did a meniscus surgery for me back in 2020 that went great and helped me out after I had a bunch of issues after another knee surgery last year. Having now worked with a different ortho office (avoid Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics), I can tell you my experience here was wayyyy better. Highly recommend.
