We scheduled an appointment for a tilt-table test six months ago, and were told two DAYS before the appointment that they could not do the test and the appointment was canceled. We were not provided with any referrals to other facilities that could perform the test (despite requesting such referrals), nor any apology for delaying care six months due to something that they could have easily checked upfront when the appointment was scheduled. Saved my Life!!! 5 years ago while staying with my wife at a campground in Chestertown, Maryland I suffered a Widow Maker heart attack and was flown to the University of Maryland Medical Center where a cardiac team was waiting. Every single person from the flight crew to the doctors, nurses, cleaners, food servers were all kind, caring, friendly and absolutely amazing. Thank You to each and every one of You!!!
