This has to be the WORST possible customer service I’ve ever experienced. I get treated better by homeless people in Bmore or DC. In my 20+ years in the military I have NEVER experienced a civilian facility this awful. Each person I spoke to over the past month while attempting to schedule my CT has given me COMPLETELY different information. “We have your referral; I need an order” then “I don’t have your referral”… when I ask what an order is I was constantly yelled at with the individual repeatedly saying “I need an order”... read more
Appointment was at 12:00pm, it’s now 1:33pm and have not been seen! We will NEVER comeback to this location EVER again. Woman working at the front looks at YOU like SHE’S confused, when you ask her how much longer the wait will be when you’ve already been sitting here for two hours (because check in time said 30 mins prior to appointment). SCREW THIS FACILITY.
Waited 4 months to get an appointment, our appointment was set for next week. We get a call today that they are cancelling our appointment and don’t have anything now until November!!! They don’t take medical needs seriously! My husband is having heart issues and has been waiting so long for answers! This is unacceptable!
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get an appointment. I've been trying to make an appointment for an HSG for months, and they keep telling me they don't have an appointment. I can call next month. The person who answers is very insensitive. It's a shame the service is so poor. I wish they'd understand that I can't keep calling every month until they want to see me. I hope they see this and can support me.
