Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get an appointment. I've been trying to make an appointment for an HSG for months, and they keep telling me they don't have an appointment. I can call next month. The person who answers is very insensitive. It's a shame the service is so poor. I wish they'd understand that I can't keep calling every month until they want to see me. I hope they see this and can support me.

My experience with the PET Scan folks was totally positive. To a person, they were solicitous, helpful, kind and pleasant.
The lady that answers the phone here is nasty and very rude. People like this have absolutely no business dealing with the public!!! it has been this way every time I call there. I have told my doctor I will no longer deal with them, and have my doctors office make my appointments.
RUDE RUDE Rude the unprofessional ladies that answer the phone should be ashamed of themselves! Ppl call need your help not to be told you don’t know who your talking to. Majority of calls you won’t know who’s talking until confirming name and date of birth instead just loud conversations in the background to the point they can’t even schedule an appointment over the phone.
