The nurses and techs are always kind. I never have to wait long to be seen.
Very quick & efficient
7AM appointment and still waiting at 8 for a CT. Had to get up at 4 AM to get to Baltimore from the eastern shore. Why the wait???
Rude front desk staff! Specially the woman in window 1 .
Yesterday was a disaster! We drove 2 hours for my husband to get a MRA then an appointment afterwards with his doctor to go over results. Our appointment was at 1:30, 2 hours later and my husband was still waiting at about 1.5 hours, no one left in the waiting room, he was the last one, a nurse asked if he was waiting for someone and he told her he has been waiting since 1:30 for his MRA she said she would find out and get back to him, she never did.
