I love this place they try to bare with me I have a lot going on and these men and women here are very helpful very kind gentle understanding I have a football team and these doctors here gets us in as soon as they can
Yesterday I called to make an appointment for a very bad dry cough. Customer service was great. I was giving an appointment same day. Test for cov neg. Giving asthma treatment and serial meds. I am very happy to go to this clinic. Thx you for great service.
As a women this would be by far the worst clinic you could suggest. Doctors are unorganized and the recipients is biased to what they want to hear. They lack mannerisms and respect for the most part. I wouldn’t recommend this office to my worst enemy!
I’ve had four visits here and 3/4 have been honestly been awful experiences. I would honestly not recommend them at all. The location and lack of parking is honestly a terrible place for a primary care office. The facility, as a whole, seems either very unorganized, not all properly trained, or just that understaffed. A couple of the doctors have terrible bedside manner and their inability to properly listen caused a few different issues(including an infection that had the doctor listened to me would have gone away in about ... read more
Don't even waste your time with this place. They are the worst. Was in excruciating pain and turned away bc I was ten minutes late due to all the street construction detours In the city after I was told I had a 15 minutes grace period. The incompetent staff needs to be retrained to give out the correct information. I've been a pt of umms for over 20 years abd should have been accommodated a little better but I can guarantee if I was a white woman they would have pulled some strings for me to still been seen.
