Visited this location January 2025 for a fasting glucose test after multiple unsuccessful attempts with Baltimore County Labcorp sites. I was thoroughly impressed with the phlebotomy skills of "Nicole B." I've been getting routine preventative lab work done for years and I must say the reception staff along with the phlebotomy staff went above and beyond. Kudos to the team!!!!
Don’t work with this scam of a company. They have repeatedly tried to send me to collections for balances I do not owe. They will make up charges that aren’t listed in your account just to try and get extra money. It is getting to the point I potentially have to get lawyers involved they are so bad
Worst billing service ever. You go in for an annual wellness checkup and every single time they send you a bill sayings it’s an office visit . For YEARS this scam and this shavonda is the worst of them all
The care I received was great. However I have been trying to get refunded for a claim that was appealed and won almost 6 months ago and have yet to receive my reimbursement. I have emailed and called numerous times. The only reason the refund process started is because I called and they finally began the process after failing to process the refund for 3 months.
