During my treatment with Dr. Ferrada at University of Maryland Faculty Physicians Inc. at Redwood, from November 2024 to April 2026, I experienced interactions with her that made me deeply uncomfortable and felt supremely unprofessional. Dr Watkins charged me $770 for a 15 minute CONSULTATION in which she showed no compassion for my situation and offered no real help.
EDIT: Beware that while they attempt to save face by responding to these bad online reviews, they don't actually follow through and attempt to speak to their patients about their concerns. --- Annual appointment (scheduled months in advance) was canceled and initially told couldn’t be rebooked with my provider for 3+ months. After haggling they got me in to see someone else at nearly the same day. That new provider couldn’t be bothered to call me to discuss test results. Annual appointment (scheduled months in advance) was canceled and initially told couldn’t be rebooked with my provider for 3+ months. After haggling they got me in to see someone else at nearly the same day. That new provider couldn’t be bothered to call me to discuss test results. I’ve had to follow up and track them down TWICE in order to get them to do the actual important part of being a provider: interpreting lab results. Three strikes and you’re out?
