I have always had a wonderful experience with the doctors and staff at this location. They are very professional and very reliable.
Let's start with the optical shop - It's a joke! They changed staff around last winter (probably this year too) and it hasn't improved anything. There's a huge disconnect in the dept. logistics! Disorganized chaos! How can you sell eyewear protection plans but not have paper copies of the terms/conditions of that plan for patients to reference?? What sense does that make??
