Let's start with the optical shop - It's a joke! They changed staff around last winter (probably this year too) and it hasn't improved anything. There's a huge disconnect in the dept. logistics! Disorganized chaos! How can you sell eyewear protection plans but not have paper copies of the terms/conditions of that plan for patients to reference?? What sense does that make?? The parking is bad but they do have valet parking for a fee
I’m reading the negative reviews and find it hard to believe that I’ve had SUCH a different experience. Unfortunately I’ve been here many times over the last while and everyone has been amazing. From the admin staff to the medical. Especially Dr. Horan and Dr. Allen (think he’s a resident). So kind so patient and helpful. I truly appreciate their efforts on my behalf
