Very professional
I have been a patient here for almost ten years. The doctors are good, however the office staff is understaffed and a huge mess. I was promised things would get better when they hired a new office manager. They did not. Whenever you need to call in to create an appointment, get a prescription or have a serious issues, you are put on hold for a very long time. They give you an option to leave a voice mail and someone is suppose to call you back within 24 hours. That's never happened. They don't call you back. I called on Tues... read more
Used to be better about trans care, but have gone way downhill. Was misgendered by staff, and I have not had a consistent provider for Hormone replacement therapy. I cannot be honest with any of them as they have a rigid idea of what to do with hormones. Even though what they want to do is not the safest or most up to date you cannot be honest about that. They are a mess, do not trust them
We are satisfied with care received. My son sees Dr Whitlatch. She is professional and competent. My calls get answered and my requests are honored. I believe there is noticeable improvement with customer service and courtesy of staff. Thanks to everyone
Visit with Endocrinology Diabetes Clinic Diabetes Educator Emily Kean as a patient of Dr AVA PORT. Very through meeting. Lovely new facility with attached parking tower! Google Directions were excellent.!
