Our experience there was a good at the beginning. Once ICU decided that there wasn't much they could do for our loved one, and even though there were things they were still treating them for, the doctors stopped talking to us as if nothing mattered anymore. No more status updates etc. We were trying to find out why they were still running tests, drawing blood even giving blood transfusions...but the doctors would not come and talk to us even we kept asking for them. Was in a clean and quiet room with a nice view, then was suddenly moved to a dirty, much busier, voices in the hallway sound like they was inside the room. very uncomfortable
As an Imaging Specialist I apploud the service that was given to my husband who came in with a broken rib. We where only there for about 3hrs and the staff was very professional and efficient until the last nurse we encountered. She was processing his discharge while we were waiting for Pulmonology to bring some equipment. She approached us by saying "Hey handsome" to my husband.
