I made an appointment for 1pm with sports medicine. I called and rescheduled the appointment and they rescheduled me for 4:20. When I get there at 4pm, im told the appointment was for FAMILY medicine. After I paid for Uber, unbearable pain, they tell me they could not see me. I will not be going back. I will reschedule with another knee doctor somewhere else.

My symptoms were head aches, right ear and neck pain with a lump behind that same ear, cough. On Dec 21,2023 I went to UMMS urgent care they did X-rays gave me two antibiotics said to follow with PCP/ENT. December 26, 2023 still not feeling well went to UMMS ER was feeling worse fever, back pain and coughing and stating that coworkers had tested positive for Covid recently.
