RecommendedIt's a caring place with great doctor's and employees 😊
Great communication with family waiting through text updates. Beautiful hospital. Great coffee shop with delicious food while waiting for your loved one. Recommend staying at Holiday Inn Express behind the hospital, within walking distance. Only negative was very rushed at discharge, nurse didn't go over discharge instructions/paperwork. Surgeon went over instructions verbally with us. Nurse was very nice but didn't review discharge paperwork. Thanks

They have an excellent Liver Treatment Center
they are so organized and knowledgeable and friendly
This is the best Hospital. My son in law had been to another hospital several times in excruciating pain and no one could find out what the issue was. He went to KU Md and they found it immediately and had to perform emergency surgery. I am very happy to say that he is well on the way to a full recovery with a pain free future. Thank you KU.
I would recommend KU to anyone. I have never had a bad experience and they know what they are doing and talking about.
