Unprofessional, does not listen to PT needs. Does as they please with you if you tell them you don’t want a particular test done, they don’t listen and will have you get it anyway give you meds that you specifically asked to not be given. PT care sucks. I don’t recommend going here at all. If you need medical care go to Clara Barton hospital in hoisington. Clara Barton actually cares for their PT’s and they listen!
RecommendedThe staff are all courteous, caring, empathetic and deliver the best patient experience ever. While maintaining this atmosphere the hospital is clean and any employee will assist in any area of their expertise. l've personally been in bed and in ER and have only once had a bad experience but that was created by myself and rectified the next day. they won't take other hospitals orders and if the doctor tells you to come back in six months after a whole cardiac set of batteries and they take their time at trying to set an appointment even though the doctor needs it and they take their time at trying to set an appointment even though the doctor need it now! was supposed to been done early January ended up in Clara Barton and had it done last week this is just a place to die and have babies
They took very good care of me,right after surgery. The staff was really friendly and helpful..
Communication and patient centered care here is terrible. Had surgery scheduled for this morning called me last night to confirm. showed up 6am waited 4 hrs. Nothing. After repeatedly apologies, nothing, no resolution, just "go home"
Just went to monthly lab fair and it was a great experience! Very well organized and staff was very friendly. I was in and out ! Thank you for providing this service😀
Patient care is absolutely horrible. Bedside manner is minimal. Very unprofessional and rude. Dr and nurses don’t listen to the patient and what works for them and doesn’t work for them. And continue with what the Dr. thinks is best when the patient says it doesn’t work. (When they have been in the situation previous)
I delivered my daughter here on 7/26/19 and we’ve been here for 5 days now. They have done an amazing job checking on me and Hazelyn. They were great with her in the nicu too and very patient with me being nosy and not wanting me to leave her for long. ❤️
Mindy, PA is kind, gives great explanations and is all about patient care and comfort. She’s a real asset to this group!
