The ophthalmology department is the best in the country. When my diabetic son was diagnosed with retinopathy they did everything to save his sight and never let on like there was very little hope. Very professional staff as well. Great job done by all staff within the hospital and clinics.

Your ER is a joke!! We have been going on 10 hours for my husband to be seen and NOTHING yet!! People with less serious problems who came in after him have already been seen. PATHETIC.
This place has been fantastic always offering options. Dr Wolf was amazing with all 3 of my surgeries and always listening to the things that were happening
This hospital and the associated clinics were a real lifesaver - literally. The medical team needed to think outside the box with my diagnosis, treatment, and subsequent survival, and they do it with well-planned, coordinated, and communicative care. From those providing directions, to phlebotomists, nurses, technicians, receptionists, dining staff, doctors, and many others - they all take their time and provide quality care.
I've received care in the orthopedics department for my entire life (starting with Dr. Ponseti [not for club foot] transferring over to Dr. Weinstein)--I have clear memories of the first two locations of the department. :) I've seen many changes over the years. The overall experience has changed in a positive direction. It's comforting to know that I have the best orthopedic care around.

The doctors were awesome with my mom. But communication with us was not good at all. We were told at 5:30 she was in recovery. Didn’t hear anything for an hour and a half. So I went to ask about her, they said it wasn’t until 6 when she got to recovery and it was going to be closer to 8 until she got out. I understand things take time, but no one talks at all unless we ask. No one checks on us to make sure we are ok. Need to work on communication with the families more.
