We took our young Lab mix Rescue that had an injured eye that wasn't responding to 2 months of treatment. The UOI exam was so very thorough and gentle. Their care and knowledge was very detailed ... Thank you from Macy and her failed foster parents.
My 13 year old Sheltie, Bailey was treated by Dr. Lawson and the team for serious breathing problem which they diagnosis by the 3rd day and treatment was started and my best buddy is improving. I was kept informed with 2 calls a day from Dr. Lawson as I live 50 miles away and visited whenever possible. The care and concern for me as well as my pet was outstanding. Gould's cider is the best in the world. We go every weekend. And the owners are fantastic.
The worse experience in my life, NO compassion at all. The indifference I was shown about my pet who died in their care is unbelievable thanks for the lasting memory . Get your charts they lie on them and only apologize for you sitting in a room fot 5 and 1/2 hours not for and make excuses for everything else.
My dog is terrified of the vet and always freaks out. I appreciate the patience and understanding of the staff. He did great for his appointment. I'm sure it has to do witht he amazing "bed-side manner" of the doctors (and soon-to-be doctors). They were amazing! I can't say enough about how great the communication is and it was just a great over-all appointment. We'll be back!
They are taking care of my baby Zoey. She's hardly a baby at 13, but she truly is my baby. I'm so grateful for their care.
