Everyone that works here from the receptionist, to the doctors and the residents need to be fired or placed in a different field. They are just there to get a paycheck and don’t actually care about their patients in one way or another. I pray this outpatient gets shut down to save the life of another because your better off killing yourself than coming here.
Pretty disappointed with the service. Always slow even when you come early.
I have had four experiences with 10 Talcott psych. Why? Cause I keep thinking that it will get better but it is inherently chaotic. My doctor was fine until I realized that she never called in my meds!!! That's the easy part! Went on for 5 months of me having to remind her to do it! And she told me to do it this way! NOT MY JOB!!!! Yes you wait forever there! And if your late then they'll kick you out! I'll never sit n that waiting room again. Wish I could give no stars...
