I scheduled my appointment months ago and took time off work, only to find out it was booked at the wrong location. Like I called to Lowry location to make an appointment in Lowry location and they scheduled me for a different clinic. Like really? Anyone reading this on the fence, I implore you please don't do it. Here is my horrifying experience. At the deadline for surgical abortions at 5 1/2 months, I came here hoping for a counseling session for clarity and serenity, which I never received. Worried about the deadline, about to have the procedure, they ask "are you sure?" (With tool in in hand on the table). Love this place- love Molly Yeoman- she is the best.
I'll start by saying the actual MD I visited at this clinic was amazing, she was so knowledgable and took the time to review all of my questions. Would absolutely see her again. However the rest of the staff at the clinic absolutely left something to be desired. I ended up getting charged 7x more than expected because of a coding error that nobody could give me answers or rectify. It turned into a game of he said she said between the office and my insurance.
