Usually I'd be leaving a 5 star and have nothing but wonderful things to say about this facility and their staff. Unfortunately my last visit here was short, and I felt as if the Dr. was profiling me. He brought up that I'm on some sort of pain management contract, and this was at least over a decade ago. How can that even be valid? The last time I was treated here, there were no issues, and they addressed my symptoms, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They dont listen to your worries or concerns. They do unnecessary testing.
I brought my father here when he was struggling with a terrible case of amnesia (transient global amnesia). Nurse Jen Hogestadt was, hands down, the best nurse I’ve ever seen deal with my father in a state of dementia. She made him laugh and listened patiently to him ask the same questions over and over and over again. She was not on auto-pilot and individualized her care for him. Five stars for Jen!!
Came here at 5:39 a.m. for labs that need to be taken immediately and was told that even though it says they're open at 5:30, they don't come in until after 6: 00am.
