Came in today for blood work & ended up leaving. The first thing that made me want to leave is your sick security guard, who stated she has a head cold going through all my stuff and touching everything while not wearing a mask sniffling and coughing all over. I have a baby on oxygen who I have to limit exposure to illness, staff at a medical facility who are sick should be at home or wearing a mask. Period. The second thing is how long I had to wait to be checked in, I ended up leaving and never got checked in.
Very pleasant and considerate people.
Dr rush me he didn't take time to listen. He took ex ray said everything was OK I had bronquitis problems he said I was fine im full of flem he said I dont need nedicine . I left went to Northern Colorado medical center they did attend me well i won't be going back to UCH. Worst experience
Not Military Insurance Knowledgable. The medical care that I received at this clinic was great. I was in and out with no issue. The issue was the process of this clinic accepting my military Tricare insurance. The people at the desk who were very kind, but did not know how to put in Tricare into their system. I called their online number and they told me that I needed to upload a picture of my CAC to my account through the Clinic and my insurance should be OK.
