When insurance had told me it had been sent over. I left over 7 voicemails on Maria's machine and even another receptionist and never received a call back. And never got an answer. Dr. Kabbany was an amazing doctor. He was very informative, patient, and brought humor to the room. He took his time to hear my concerns for my child and explain his thoughts on the matter. He was super respectful of me and my daughter as well and had great bedside manners. We had 1 visit with him so far but I can confidently say I am so grateful to have found a doctor like him to help me provide the best care for my child.
I enjoyed dr. Patton as she answered all of my questions when I spoke with her and she did not rush me. But, everytime I leave a mychart message I do not get a response. The staff leaves me on read.
