Care is great when you can get to see a provider, however coordination of care, scheduling, incredibly poor- unable to get an appointment with specialist or even an external referral (outside clinic just repeatedly doesn't receive what UCSF claims to have sent), turning what should be a simple process into a year long quest for an appointment.
Urgent Care is wonderful! I had been sick with a bad cough for two weeks which was getting worse and just had to see someone. Rather than trying to get squeezed in with my regular doctor, I thought why not try out our new Urgent Care? I'm so glad I did! There was a very short wait time even though there were people constantly coming in.
