Just moved in and so far so good. Kimberly, Rose, and the Leasing manager were all super nice and helpful. We had to be out of our last place a few days prior to moving in and UO contacted us about another apartment that was going to be ready sooner which was so helpful of them. Lease signing and picking up keys was a breeze; with the option to email the move in inspection because we had a time restraint. It's only been 2 days since move and I dont have anything negative to say!
I've been thinking about moving into the athens area for a while now and decided to give this place a look. It was wonderful! Ashley gave us our tour and was super friendly and helpful! We felt super comfortable throughout the whole tour. Definitely putting this spot at the top of our list!!!
