If I could give zero stars I would. My father in law is there for long term rehab. The place should be bulldozed. The staff there are the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. You can never get a clear answer and when you do they are experts at giving you the runaround. The conditions that these poor patients have to go though are atrocious!!! We took my mother in law there for rehab after a fall. It was filthy and unsafe. It looked like an overused dorm woth pee on the floor, mold and reeked of diapers. She was a high fall risk and they said they didn't use bed rails but we could bring one from home. Then she suggested they put a mattress on the floor. There was no way we were leaving her there so we left AMA. I am appalled that Humana allows them on their list of acceptable facilities
Absolutely awful. You asked to tal to a loved one, you get maybe a minute before they are told they need the phone for someone else. If you call back, you get told “you already talk to that person” and then get hung up on. It’s ridiculous. Well he finding a new nursing home for my dad.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My mom was sent there from St. Mary's hospital and wasn't given her beds until the next day. NO ONE SHOULD GO HERE, IT'S DISGRACEFUL AND DISGUSTING (smell of urine theoughout the center)!! The CNA's were the only decent people there. We tried to get her transferred and they sent us through hoops before that could happen. The social worker Danielle definitely dropped the ball with the transfer, getting signatures from the doctors (which I called them myself and never heard from her). Aisha, th... read more
