We recently used University to move our law firm of 100 plus people and University did a great job! Ray was a fantastic project manager - very organized and knowledgeable. He guided us every step of the way and his timeline suggestions were spot on. The team of movers that were onsite for our 3 day move were friendly, took care with our items, were willing to help with the smallest requests, and worked long days with great attitudes. My daughters's move to Columbus, Ohio couldn't have been better! It was such a wonderful experience - everything went smoothly. The drivers were polite and extremely hard working. I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone wanting a reliable and stressfree move.

This moving company is very reliable and easy to work with. From the free in home estimate to the communication over the phone to the actual packing, loading, and trasporting, they were outstanding. They packed all our belongings with much care. They were very friendly and respectful and always made sure I was satisfied with the way they were doing things. University Moving & Storage is Superb! They went out of their way to keep me a happy customer throughout the whole moving process. Every person I dealt with within the company was pleasant and helpful. They treated my goods with care loading,in storage,and unloading. Their price was excellent, also.

A five star rating seems 'limiting' when evaluating the service provided over the years by University Moving and Storage to me and my family. This Grand Rapids moving company has moved my family to Michigan, to Connecticut, to Pennsylvania, ALMOST to Colorado, to the Middle East and (finally) back to Philadelphia! When looking to move half way across the country I talked to several companies. University Moving was the most thorough when they came to see what needed to be moved. Jennifer was incredible with her communication through the whole move before and after. I would use them again!!!

My experience with University Moving and Storage was very positive. They are competent, responsive and cost competitive. The movers were also very professional and courteous.
