I moved from Grand Rapids to Columbus for work and they made the experience very smooth and painless. I was concerned because all of the competitors only offered a 2 week delivery window and I didn't want to wait that long after arrival for my furniture. This was my seventh or eighth long distance (from overseas) move and definitely the best. University Moving didn't handle the packing end in the UK, but they did a superb job with the unpacking here in Michigan. The crew, Daryl, Rob and John, were all professional and courteous, going above and beyond. There was one minor damaged item and that was handled brilliantly, and immediately, by Brad. Very rare to receive such exemplary customer service. From the sales experience to working with the guys packing the truck, everyone is professional, courteous, and takes pride in their job. Kevin didn't haggle about pricing, he came up with a fair and very competitive estimate and then Brad held my hand through the entire process. First time using a moving company and could not have asked for more. Brad's customer service and communication are top notch. Everyone I worked with was extremely professional. They had a few issues with the truck but kept me in the loop and still made there on time. Upon arrival, the driver was not able to back down my long winding driveway. They ran out and rented a smaller truck that would be able to back up to the house, brought in more people to load, loaded the smaller truck 3 times and got it all done just as the rain... read more

If you ever have the opportunity to work with University Moving for relocation, I suggest you take it. We worked with Brad in Michigan, and Kevin's crew on our family's relocation from Pittsburgh to Milwaukee. We've heard lots of horror stories about moves gone wrong, but this experience was the polar opposite. Kevin's crew was hard working, professional, and courteous. I dealth with Brad and Mike for my move. Both were very professional and walked me through the process. They handled everything from packing my belongs to delivery and unloading. The pickup and delivery were both on time and they were efficient with the move. The entire process removed any stress from moving. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this company.

On time, friendly and best of all, very professional. I have moved multiple times in the last 10 years and I was surprised at how friendly and professional their team was. i have more belingings than any 2 people should have and they were in and out in 3 hours, with no damage.
