We were called "intellectually disabled" even though we are both college graduates with Masters degrees. I don't think I've experienced worse customer service in my life than I did here.
We thought we were getting a sound car when we purchased this. Make sure to have your car fully checked out by a mechanic before you purchase it. We “thought” we checked and assessed the car carefully before but now we are learning of all the problems our car has. The a/c unit was charged enough to get by, we now need to replace the unit. Many other little things we are catching now. Just make sure you take it and have it throughly looked over before you spend the money.
Don't ever get a car here!!!!!! they sale people lemon cars and don't help you once they sale it to you
I could not be more happy with my experience at University Motors. From beginning to end, I felt well taken care of. As a single woman, this was beyond appreciated!. I never felt like just another customer. Q took care of us beautifully, and Mark was amazing as well. I love my new car and would not hesitate to do business with University Motors when I am car shopping! They truly are the best!
