The salesman was wonderful.....Kept his word ,I made an appointment that morning to come see the car, he had the car prepped and ready for me when I arrived. While the salesman step in to the office to use the restroom and grab the dealers plate for the test drive, the sales manager took the keys from me , and took his customer out for the very test drive that the car was prepped for me. Called mid morning to make a appointment to see and test drive. Showed at at the agreed time. Car was cleaned and ready. Walked into get dealer tag for test drive, sales manager took the keys from me and took his customer for the test drive and sold the car complety out from me and my sales rep. While my sales rep step away to use the restroom. My experience with the salesman was amazing, sales manager is cut throat and will literally steal active sales from his saleman as soon as they step away. Be very leary of car dealers... read more

I spoke with Derek. He was extremely helpful. We met and looked at several cars on the lot. We test drove this car and he was professional and courteous the entire time. I wish we could have struck a deal
My Salesperson Thomas Graham was friendly and knowledgeable.My Rav4 is like brand new and I'm loving it. High quality cars and sales staff as far as I'm concerned. They made buying a used car fun.
