I live in Central Arkansas, with no Mitsubishi dealer within a 3 hour drive. So I have to choose my Mitsubishi dealer carefully. This was the best experience we ever had with a dealer Until we got the Lexus home and started to drive it. The ES 2022 had a slight accident under the front wheel and damaged the stabilizer bar. The service manager practically guaranteed a Lexus dealer would fix it under warranty. As it turned out the bolt on the bar was stripped and someone temporarily fixed it until the sale was made. ****WARNING****Be careful purchasing a vehicle from Mitsubishi in Conyer. My son (18 yrs old) purchased his first vehicle (Tesla) from this dealership on July 26,2025. Now everyone knows how salesman / the financial department put in numbers to get you approved not informing you all the things they put on the application to get you approved. Horrible experience with this dealership. Went on a Saturday morning, was instantly turned off by all of the deceptive sales tactics: from the sales person calling me for two weeks swearing I was approved, to getting there and them trying to get me to put down more money then I had already confirmed, as well as trade in my vehicle. Absolutely hands down the worst dealership that I have ever worked with. Please do not buy a car from them, they lied about the warranties and what was refundable, they didn't have the cars ready on time, they didn't have the paperwork ready when it was supposed to be. I bought a warranty and they never placed it with the company. Stay away. there are much better dealerships out there. they forgot to add the tint package I bought. just a mess from beginning to end.
