We experienced the lowest level of professional care from Dr Lau and his office. After a failed attempt by Dr Lau in surgery we were told multiple different stories of why this was unsuccessful. Communication is extremely poor. The original problem is now 10 fold and we are scrambling to find a way to correct the failed surgery performed by Dr Lau without any follow up from Dr Lau or his staff. Hopefully no other child will need to experience a surgery making a problem much worse only to be left to find another organization ... read more
