I've always had positive experiences with the University of Maryland Medical System, but this is an exception. I was recently diagnosed with a severe stenosis which is causing chronic daily headaches for me. I desperately wanted to get an appointment with UM Neurosurgery, but their administrative/intake process is so disorganized and confusing and disjointed that I've simply given up.
