This has been a fantastic experience! I've lived in various places around Tucson, and this has been my favorite apartment by far. The management is excellent—super attentive and quick to respond to any maintenance requests! Bill is great too!
This place has been home to me for about almost 4 years now. Management has always been nice to me and responded to and maintenance request quickly and fixed this issue with no problem, and I've never had a bug problem. There was some things that needed to be fixed but in the past few months the new manager has came threw and eliminated any complaints I could have had for my review today. I hope to continue my life here for a long time as long as this place continues to be such a beautiful safe place to live.
The property manager here was very nice and helpful in answering all of my questions. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a studio apartment.
The new property manager—Bill— is a serious step-up from Gina. He is lowkey and personable. He's the breath of fresh air these apartments needed. From the past few months he've been here, this is what I've observed: He is quick to fix problems (which he does himself), most often the same day he hears about them.
