RecommendedI moved in to my apartment in 2019 and it was so fantastic. Kacie and her team definitely work with you in any way they can. So sad to be moving out but I also know I have made friendships I can count on forever. I definitely recommend this place!

This is my first apartment I rented and I don't think I could of picked a better place. Management is very helpful and always there when you need them. The location is very quiet I hardly ever heard any of my neighbors or anyone outside. it's an ideal place for anyone who needs to stay focused on school work, also walking distance to the bars, wal mart anything you need is right down the road. I have nothing but positive things to say about these apartments! The location is very convenient and safe, in my opinion. I loved the "dog friendly" environment offered, if you are a pet lover. Not to mention, the fitness room was great and within walking distance of any apartment. The apartments are very clean and well-kept. My boyfriend and i have lived here for going on 2 years now and we love it!!! We have our two dogs, a pitbull and a lab mix and both have always been welcomed and treated with respect. It is a very peaceful complex with all of the trees and respectful tenants. We all look out for each other and our furry friends. We always recommend living here to anyone that asks and plan to be here for a while longer. Everyone is great and we are so happy to call this, home.♡
Me and my husband absolutely love University Mall apartments, we moved here in June and it's better then alot of places that we have stayed at. Anytime we have a problem management handles it quickly and how friendly the management and staff is. I love that there is a dog park for our 3 malamutes. They love making friends with all the dogs. My boyfriend and I love living here!!! We moved in at the beginning of August and the whole process was super smooth and easy. These apartments are huge and super affordable for what you get with rent. Management is amazing, I am extremely impressed and thankful with the fast and easy communication we have with them. Every staff member is super friendly and it seems like everyone who works here truly cares about making this a great place to live.
My wife and I lived in a 1 bedroom for 2 years and we moved into a 2 bedroom a year and a have ago. Management made sure the transition was smooth between switching apartments. We have really enjoyed our time here. Anytime a problem has come up, it has been resolved in the best manner. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
I decided to live here because it is pet friendly and so far it has been one of my best decisions yet! The apartments are very nice, the dog park is great, people are friendly, and the landlord Kacie is awesome! Very happy to be living here.
