Worst university housing I've ever been to. Dust and web all over walls and curtain. Broken AC keeps blowing cold unbearable wind. Unable to contact services after multiple calls. 5200 per semester for a prison? Leave your thought.
I really appreciate the community here! The staff is friendly and super helpful. Although there have been issues with hot water, water pressure, mattresses, fire alarms and roaches… the community makes up for it. Living here hasn’t been the most comfortable but the community is encouraging and supportive. Really appreciate Mrs.Shannon and the student workers. Maintenance, is usually quick and friendly.
The staff is rude and unprofessional. They treat their guest inquiring about the community like trash so you could imagine how poorly they treat their residents. The owners should look into this because they're destroying your business.
I called twice to speak with the office and was hung up on by two separate people. So disrespectful and unprofessional. I'd not waste my time if I was looking to move
Higher price gives you worst experiences. This is the place I never would recommend people to live. It is a place that traps you the entire year and won’t give you any refund even if you don’t want to stay here next semester.
