Student Housing While college court has pretty good prices rent and nice amenities, the management at this location is terrible. Once we get new managers they normally quit within a month of working, which leads to chaos at the apartments. It takes forever to gets problems fixed, for example my apartment had internet out and it took over a week for college court to even attempt to fix it. It's Okay I used to like living here, but now it has been taken over by another company. This company is extremely unorganized. They perform "inspections" every other week and it is extremely annoying especially if you have a pet. The only thing good about this place is that there are no bugs. I have lived here for almost two years and I have never seen a bug. It's not a horrible place to live, the staff is annoying and these "inspections" are ridiculous!
College court College court apartments are very fast in replying as well as working with your budget.
