Tony was a fantastic salesman for me. He and I talked in the beginning of the summer about a telluride and he kept my information for when the next one came in. He did not disappoint and called me this week as it was being unloaded from the truck. I got down there and bought the car! My husband and I have gotten 3 new vehicles from Kia within a year. My husband bought a 2020 Kia Optima SX...when it was sold to us “oh how about these nice weather tech floor mats and this nice wrap around package” cool ok y’all are salesmen bottom line we understand that. But what we don’t understand is, within a little over a month the car only has 900 miles on it, we are having to pay $1,300 for a dent the size of a piece of confetti on the condenser (picture attached) that’s causing a Freon leak (caused by I guess a pie... read more
