The Armenian lady at the front desk acts like she’s paying for parking out of her own pocket. I was unable to have my ultrasound that day because my bladder “ wasn’t full enough “ so they told me I had to reschedule which I was fine with but when I asked the front desk lady for a parking pass ticket she had a annoyed face and said something in her native language to her coworker. Was referred here for a CT scan. I called to make an appointment, that was ok, 5 min wait time, no issues. Was told they’d verify with my insurance and MD and I’d have to pay the deductible. Needed to reschedule and called back the next day, was on wait for over 20 mins. Hung up and called later in the afternoon, was much quicker. It seems when they get busy they put folks on hold for long periods of time as the person handling the phone seems to be the same person doing intake at the location. Not an efficient system. Very fast and super nice staff here .
Failed to properly identify my gender; appeared to be intentionally done. It should have been obvious (my gender) with dress
Do not expect them to do a call or text reminder of an appnt that was scheduled over a month in advance. They apparently make schedules for 8 am Eventhough they do not open till 8:30. Very disappointed
