La peor experiencia del mundo. Cancelaron a última hora mi cita de imágenes diagnósticas, que venía con remisión médica, tres veces seguidas. Salieron con excusas flojas como "caídas del sistema" y "cortes de energía". Parece que les importa más el trámite del seguro que brindar una atención médica oportuna y vital para el paciente. I called 3 times, finally got past AI, and called over and over. Their phone just kept l disconnecting me. After 20 minutes of this, I gave up trying to make an appointment
Stay away from this place I I went to this place to get a CT scan for my neck with lots of pain Thursday 11/13 25 At 9 AM The ladies at the front desk was very rude.I went to get the result Monday 8 PM on 11/17/25 they still don’t have the report. I have gone to different places before they have the report within the same day or next day. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I will tell all my friends to stay away from this place.
Absolutely bad service. Test has been done 3 weeks ago; but, doctor still doesn't have the result. The miss-spell the name even if out of an ID Card. If a patient push them on schedule to be seen little earlier, they ask the another patient in the room to get out to see other patient. There is no respect to old people at all. Doctors please stop refereeing patient to this center. What goes wrong here will be against your reputation.
