Alex was my MRI tech. He was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. He also explained things very well. Awesome!
Staff is untrained and don’t know how to send an email before hand to confirm appointment. Avoid at all cost. Look elsewhere
All im going to say is the professionalism is clearly lacking. If you are going to leave a voicemail for a client about an upcoming appointment you should probably be sure that your vulgar comments dont make it on the voicemail. Marissa do better. This is my first interaction with this facility and we are already off to a bad start.
This place could definitely improve on customer service skills.
Went here for an mri. Did not wait long. They gave me a sunday appt and the staff was very friendly and nice.
