Good price with low quality for TMC affiliated.
They left a note at my door saying I was being evicted and had to move out in 30 days with NO EXPLANATION. I had to call the office in a panic and was told that I "never updated my UT badge information," and they had been emailing me for weeks about it. I checked my email and got ONE email from them regarding it over a year ago. Absolutely ridiculous and expensive for "student housing." No care for their tenants at all.
