I left the OB/GYN department feeling utterly retraumatized and heartbroken. I went in seeking help for a deeply personal and sensitive health issue, but the nurse didn’t understand and treated me coldly, making me feel invisible and dismissed. The doctor seemed unprepared and unfamiliar with my situation, didn’t provide the form I came for, and simply referred me elsewhere. Horrible way finding to find the office you need. Couldn’t find my doctor and had to find a Cleveland Clinic doctor who could see me today cause UH couldn’t install legible signage.
Horrible staff . My sister came with me to my apt .she went to the bathroom a worker stopped her from comming out the bathroom told her she has to leave knowing she was with me I came out asked what the issue is she said she gotta go they started to talk crap and was very rude . They said she was walking around I said no she just went to the bathroom an came back into the room . Very pathetic
Had a 9:00 am appointment for an ultrasound....still waiting @ 10:00 to be called in. How do you run that far behind so early in the morning?? Such bs
