After a few days of delays, UH came through. Amazing experience with Orthopedic visit suite 3110 My teen broke his arm and they were all so kind. We arrived very early 930 for a 1030 apt. and expected to wait, but they called us back only after a few minutes. I left the OB/GYN department feeling utterly retraumatized and heartbroken. I went in seeking help for a deeply personal and sensitive health issue, but the nurse didn’t understand and treated me coldly, making me feel invisible and dismissed. The doctor seemed unprepared and unfamiliar with my situation, didn’t provide the form I came for, and simply referred me elsewhere.
