My husband had an appointment today at 4:30 for an ultrasound on is abdomen. I always go back with him to appointments for a second ear. Whoever was the short dark-haired girl who asked for him to go back and refused to let me go back with him was rude as hell. Will not be going back to this facility. Wish I would have read the reviews before going, horrible

Horrible Experience at UH Twinsburg Health Center - I recently had an appointment at the UH Twinsburg Health Center, and my experience was very negatives. I encountered an issue on my appointment day. Due to unexpected traffic, I arrived a bit later than my scheduled time, and my husband had informed the staff of my delay upon his earlier arrival.
