My aunt it fighting cancer and has been in a bed with tubes in her back she requested that her nurse help her into a chair to relieve the pain of the tubes on her back and was refused assistance she was crying because of how uncomfortable she was and they told her we do not help patients out of bed on this shift so next shift she tried again and was told we are in the middle of shift change my mother had to help my aunt by her self because of pure negligence staff members are rude to patients for us to be going through this ... read more
On 9/12/2025 the front 2 nurses working the check in of suite 202 at 11am-11:30am in the Physicians Pavilion were actively ridiculing present patients for being frustrated for 30+ minute wait times. I didn’t know making fun of patients was part of UH training.
My review is specifically for the UH Outpatient Specialty Care Infusion Center but they apparently do not have their own google review spot, but these ladies need public recognition. They have always gone above and beyond for my husband at his appointments. I'd specifically like to recognize Carol, Nevah, Tammy and Miranda who all had to assist us during the infusions but there were so many more staff members who helped, assisted and checked on my husband. We could not be more grateful for the attention and care we receive!
2 weeks ago my son broke his arm. He was taken by ambulance to TriPoint. They did not try to reach out to any pediatric specialists to treat a child, they did not give any pain meds until after the "Doctor" came in and set his bones. A 9 year old had to go through that with no meds and never had a medical emergency before. He is now terrified of going to the doctor.
