I went to ER and was admitted for 3 days in hospital. From checking in at desk, ER doctors and nurses and up to the 4th floor staff. I had amazing care. Everyone was helpful, gave a through answer to every question I had, kind and very attentive. Thank you!

Didn’t let me leave my keys with security so my family can pick them up. So my family had to come to Cleveland to get them, go back to Painesville, then come all the way back here. What’s the point of having security if they can’t do anything. Couldn’t bring my phone charger, contacts or anything. This place is a joke

Worst Hospitol Ive ever been too! ( & we actually have great Insurance unlike the other ladys expierience ) My daughter and son in law just had there first child there, biggest mistake they ever made going there! The staff is the most miserable people you'll ever meet, they made sure to keep ALL family out of the waiting rooms as far away from my daughter who went into labor at 35 weeks as possible. I recently had biopsies done at Tripoint Breast Health. The nurses there are some of the best I have ever had the privilege of getting to know. They are kind, very helpful, considerate and they treat you like one of their family. I thank them for being so good in their field of health care. May God Bless you all!
