Hard to believe that people can complain about TriPoint Medical? My wife recently had major back surgery and was admitted post-op to the North wing 4th floor care team. Wow!!! I would like to praise a specific nurse or care provider who was exceptional, but they ALL were exceptional over her 5-day stay. The care my wife received here was outstanding like none I've ever witnessed before. Push the call button, and within moments, someone was in the room. My aunt it fighting cancer and has been in a bed with tubes in her back she requested that her nurse help her into a chair to relieve the pain of the tubes on her back and was refused assistance she was crying because of how uncomfortable she was and they told her we do not help patients out of bed on this shift so next shift she tried again and was told we are in the middle of shift change my mother had to help my aunt by her self because of pure negligence staff members are rude to patients for us to be going through this ... read more
