The office manager Michelle is very rude and dismissive at this location. Instead of helping she says to "just find another provider "
I went to UH surgical center in UH Concord. My Doctor is Dr. McCallin. He is great! Dr. McCallin's nurse in his office is Melissa. She is a Godsend. Never had a nurse like her. Friendly, compassionate and overall a great person! Today the nurse I had at UH Concord, Lindsey was great too. I felt like a queen! I've been to UH Concord before and everyone is nice but Libdsey was exceptional. Thank you!
I love this hospital Dr. Suzan Ratay, Dr. Andrea Ward and the phlebotomist are all incredible! I have never felt so heard and understood by any other physicians. The receptionists are so sweet and I just enjoy my experience when I go! I highly recommend all of my doctors and if you need blood drawn or lab work they are all so kind and understanding! 10/10
