The person who demonstrated the sleep apnea test equipment was nice, but heaven forbid they should manage to submit a cpap order or prescription in a timely fashion. Maybe I need to find a better clinic…

This outpatient evaluation was delayed in scheduling and I still do not have the reading even though it was labeled as"expedited". Staff were rigid and appeared more interested in the equipment than the patient. I still have not received billing but with significant coverage it j should not be an issue. As a long term patient at UTSW I am clearly disappointed in continuity of care.

This was my first time ever getting checked out about my sleep issues. I seen Mark Dula and he was phenomenal! He was so knowledgeable about sleep and what could be going on with me. I learned a lot from him. The moment he walked in the room, I felt comfortable. He’s very approachable, easy to talk to and funny. I would recommend him, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Mark for such a great experience ‼️

While the staff is very knowledgeable, they are not always reachable. I was having migraines associated with the prescibed treatment, but when my primary care doctor tried to call on my behalf, the entire staff was unavailable for 4 days. Also, beware of charging. I asked upfront about cost and was told $50 for the sleep study, but they did not include all the other expenses which totaled $850, my cost. They charged "hospital fees" of $800 for an unattended sleep study I did at home. My insurance paid half.
