My mom was sent here from Laredo in Friday and was seen for Surgery early in the morning the next day. Everyone has been awesome and the service was excellent. Very Attentive Personnel. ☺
Spent 10 hours waiting on results until we got tired and left
From Gabe in the er and Diane and her crew on the 8th floor(Marilyn, Mary Anne, Natasha) I was treated like a queen. They made sure I was comfortable and they all had great attitudes. Even my doctors had a great bedside manner. Thanks guys!
The only bad experience was the 22 hour wait in ER for my daughter to be seen, but once she was seen and admitted, she's had very good care. Surgery went well and the Docs and Nurses are doing their best to control her pain. I understand that University is a county hospital and major trauma center and covers many counties. Helicopters and ambulances go there a lot, but there has to be some better way for ER patients to be taken in more quickly.
The staff is great! Would recommend to family and friends!
I was yesterday from 5pm to 1:30 pm the next day.
Waiting for 14+ hours to be seen is ridiculous. Not coming back to this hospital
