The check in people are rude!! They have no compassion for peoples family or how they treat people. I hope it’s never their family. Everyone upstairs is wonderful. They would not even let you sit inside in the waiting area. They told us we had to sit outside in the cold. Very very rude. And something needs to be done about them. If they hate their job that much then they need to go elsewhere.

My husband had a double bypass surgery June 30th and I praise God for Dr.Rice, the surgeon and all the wonderful nurses.
