These people absolutely saved my child's life. They were able to recognize the severity of his condition that other hospitals just didn't see or acknowledge. They advocated for my child and we were able to get the life-saving surgery he needed here at UT Southwestern thanks to the people here in the heart and lung clinic. I'm endlessly thankful.
I did miss two appointments my fault but how many times have you had an appointment at a healthcare professional and have to wait 30, 45 minutes sometimes even an hour before your name is called! So with saying that after a month and a half and my sixth call five of them being lied to saying that someone will return my call April had the common decency to just tell me I was @#$& canned as a new patient and I need to find somebody else to help me get the medication I need and haven't had for the last 50 days! Dr.kypreos has sure great bedside manners. She's kind, patient, and a great listener. I appreciate everything that she does. I feel comfortable coming to this clinic and not feeling like I'm being judged. I'm so grateful and thankful
