My 19 yr old college student had to go to the ER alone. After waiting for over 3 hours, Dr. Cooney spent less than 5 minutes with him before she told him she had “more critical patients” and walked out while He was explaining his condition. The hospital drew blood but she claimed that no blood work was ordered. And when he went back 24 hours later, she didn’t remember any of his situation and left the room to “pull his chart” and never returned. Horrible bedside manner...very dismissive ..I ask if I'm not better should I keep coming back ,she shrugged her shoulders and walked out of room
