I lived here for a year and a half. Overall the apartments were pretty nice. It is definitely built cheap for the most part (as most apartments are, even the nice ones.) The only problem with that is they are some of the most expensive apartments in Sioux Falls.They do have plenty of amenities that most apartments don't in Sioux Falls. This would make paying higher rent much more bearable in most cases. However they charge you for most of the amenities. And not a small fee either. Great amenities
These guys are unprofessional. I have contacted our state housing board and filed a complaint. I also got multiple quotes on what it would take to fix what i supposedly did. I have also filed a complaint with the IRS what between the qoutes I got from professional contractors and what they charged for so "called" damage is ridiculous. They legally have to report where every penny is going. I have talked to a lawyer about this they legally have to show where every penny they are trying to charge me for is going.
