I lived here for a year and a half. Overall the apartments were pretty nice. It is definitely built cheap for the most part (as most apartments are, even the nice ones.) The only problem with that is they are some of the most expensive apartments in Sioux Falls.They do have plenty of amenities that most apartments don't in Sioux Falls. This would make paying higher rent much more bearable in most cases. However they charge you for most of the amenities. And not a small fee either.
