Security deposit theft is this places specialty, time and time again I see people getting their security deposit taken after moveout for bogus reasons. 1/10 wouldn't recommend
EDIT From my own personal experience after living here for two years, I would strongly recommend documenting absolutely everything during the move out process. These are photos we had taken before we left. Make sure you specifically request to be present for the move-out inspection. Based on our experience, I wish we had been there in person to see what was being documented and to discuss any concerns before repairs or replacements were completed.
