I don't even live here but I've had so many problems with this place. It is TERRIBLE. An inside source told me the guy who lives in the house on this hill takes pictures of you/your car so they can know when you are here/not here. I've had a problem with them watching me and my boyfriend to the point where the highlands KNEW when I was there and was not there

My son lived at these apartments his Junior and Senior year. It was the worst experience ever. They look for reasons to fine you for anything and everything. One time even called my husband and yelled at him because he didn't think the apartment was neat enough, no food, no trash, only clutter....as any college student would have. They were incredibly unprofessional and very rude. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
