Horrible place to live. Affordable for a college student with no other options though so I will give it one star. Management sucks and was often rude. My sticker fell off due to cleaning my window and my car was towed despite my license plate being listed as a car on the lease. My packages were constantly stolen and they’ll try to keep you security deposit despite leaving the apartment in the condition it was found (which wasn’t pristine to begin with). Going on 2 years I still love my apartment it's so comfortable the office is nice they won't bother you I love it here I recommend this apartment than any other place I had
I Haven't a response to any experiences for University Heights Apartments, and for those of you who's attempting to intimidate Myself, as well as University Heights Apartments. I have my own mind and know first hand how too make a house a home... So get over it
Do not recommend renting with Mason properties. Their maintenance is slow and unresponsive, the management team isn’t very helpful, and when it’s time to move out, they charge you for cleaning feels and painting when only general wear and tear applies. Lost half my security deposit to those fees even though I shouldn’t have been charged them.
